We stopped in for lunch and purchased 2 unique brick toasts. The 1st sandwich consisted of smoked tofu, mayo, spinach and avocado and one other sandwich contained hummus, veggies and pear slices. I personally loved both equally vegan options however my husband or wife astonishingly preferred the smoked tofu perhaps due to the Smokey flavour.
